Day 1

Dinner and stay at Colombo

Upon arrival at the airport or pre requested location in Colombo. You will meet Hendrick tours representative. Thereafter you will travel directly to Colombo. You can spend the day relaxing of the pool.

Day 2

Dinner and stay at Colombo

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for Colombo city tour. Sightseeing the National Museum (established in 1877 by Sir William Henry Gregory, British Governor of Ceylon), Nelum Pokuna Theatre, Vihara Maha Devi Park, Colombo Town Hall, BMICH, Replica of Aukana Buddha Statue, Diyatha Uyana- the picturesque market and landscaped gardens on the banks of the Diyawanna Oya, Parliament Complex, Ape Gama Cultural Village (recreation of the villages of Sri Lanka with traditional elements), many more.

Day 3

Dinner and stay at Hikkaduwa

After having breakfast at hotel leave for Madu Ganga boat safari. There are totally 64 islands in Madu Ganga. This tour will take around 2.5 - 3 hours. During your boat ride, you can see mangrove forest by the river banks which is made out of Mangrove. You can see many birds and animals that are living in this Aquatic environment. Then leave for Kosgoda turtle hatchery center. Since then it has already released about 3.5 million baby turtles into the sea.

Day 4

Dinner and stay at Hikkaduwa

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for Unawatuna beach. Sea turtles wade a shore here to lay eggs, between October and April. Stilt fisherman perched on stakes at sea visible from Ahangama. Then leave for Galle fort a UNESCO heritage site is a bustling place enclosed by ramparts where the locals gather at sunset to fly kites, play cricket and stroll to the light house the narrow, cabled street house laid back cafes, banquets hotels, and artesian workshop. Outside fourth walls are long stretches beach backed by coconut plums on lush hill side.

Day 5

Dinner and stay at Hikkaduwa

After early breakfast at hotel, leave for whale watching. Early at sea with your binocular scanning the water all being well you will get up close and see the largest mammal on earth your own eyes.

Day 6

Dinner and stay at Tissamaharama

After having early breakfast at hotel, leave for Yala jeep safari. Yala national park is one of the best places for sightseeing's of wild elephants. The park is the home for many animals, including Buffalos, Leopards, Monkeys, Crocodiles, wild Boars and Bears. The cats chuff can be heard is so soporific. They love to bask in the sun at the top of soft rocks and it is breathes taking.

Day 7

Dinner and stay at Tissamaharama

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for Udawalawa Jeep safari - tour keeping company to the herds of elephants, the main attraction of the park a water Buffalo, Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer, Mangooses, Bandicoots, Foxes the endemic Toque Macaque and Gray Langers, Cats like Fishing Cat & Jungle Cat would be a bonus.

Day 8

Dinner and stay at Nuwara Eliya

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for the Queen Victoria park located by Nuwara Eliya city center and one of the must visit attraction. In the Nuwara Eliya area you can visit one of the tea factories where the picked tea leaves are dried and processed into the form.

Day 9

Dinner and stay at Nuwara Eliya

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for Hortain Plains national park, Sri Lanka is undoubtedly one of the world's best nature reserves and eco-tourism venues. It is characterized by a beautiful landscape of rolling hills, Covered in upper mountain forest and wet Patana grassland. The plains also feature many interesting attractions such as " Bakers fall" Chimmini pool and the famous worlds's End (3700ft), sheer drop that offers fabulous view of the tea estates below and all the way out to the distant Southern coastline.

Day 10

Dinner and stay at Kandy

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for the ancient city of Kandy to take part of Puja (Offering by prayers) the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you don't actually see the tooth. It is kept in a gold casket shaped like a Dagaba (Stupa) which contains a series of six Dagaba caskets of diminishing size. Kandy city there are plenty of attraction such as Gadoladeniya, Ambekka, Art and craft, Peradeniya Botanical Garden is considered as one of must see tourist attraction.

Day 11

Dinner and stay at Kandy

After having breakfast at hotel, leave for Pinnawala Elephants Orphanage. The center opens at 8.30 am and close at 6 pm daily. Bottle feeding of baby elephants is at 9.15 am, 1.15 pm & 5 pm and bathing time at the river is at 10 am and 2 pm.

Day 12

Back to Colombo

After having breakfast at hotel, all good things must come to an end. Your Hendrick tours representative with comfortable take you back to the international airport for a safety return journey.
